A beautiful misty morning at Vărăşoaia, Apuseni Natural Park - Romania. The area called Vărăşoaia comprises two large karst plateaus located to the north of Padiş Plateau and is located between Piatra Boghii Peak, Mount Magura Vânăta, Vărăşoaia Peak and Somesul Cald Basin. Vărăşoaia is a karst contact depression formed by pontoons that drain underground small courses organized on the eastern slopes of Măgura Vânătă mountain. The infiltrated water courses form the deepest hidrocarstic system highlighted on the territory of Romania.
